Our Partner Application

To apply for our partner program, please read the Partner Agreement below and complete the following form. We will review your application within one business day. Once you are accepted into the program we will email you instructions on how to link to our site and provide you with a login to the partner support section of our web site. Items in bold are required.

Partner Agreement

PLEASE NOTE:

• We resrve the right to reject any applicant to the Partner Program without giving any explanations.
• At our own discretion, we may change, or entirely eliminate, the assigned commission percentage at any time. However, any such changes will not be applied retroactively, and will affect only subsequent transactions.
• You may refer to us subscribers through your own website, if you have one. We will give you an HTML code to create a link from your site to BazaarExpress.com. Any visitor coming to us through this link, and subscribing to our service within 30 days of the first visit, will be automatically recorded as your referrals. It's your responsibility to ensure that the hyperlink to our site is always functional, and that your affiliate code embedded in the link is correct.
• Alternatively, you can refer clients to us by submitting a list of people or businesses you have referred to us before they have registered themselves with us. Should any of them register with us within 30 days of your notification, they’ll automatically be registered as your referrals.
• Registered Partners/Affiliates of BazaarExpress.com cannot themselves be referred as clients by another registerd Partner. 
• Your Partner earnings will be transferred monthly to your bank account anywhere in the world, subject to a threshold of US $500 (which you can change, but not less than $300). We will deduct from your entitlement the applicable bank transfer charges at our end. Any charges incurred with your bank will also be borne by you. If your account is not in US dollars, the exchange rate applied will be determined by our bank, and we will not be able to entertain any inquiries on exchange rates.
• It's your responsibility to ensure that your contact details with us, as well as your bank account details are always up to date.
• It's your responsibility to ensure compliance with any legal requirements in your country or the country where you operate your bank account.
• The earnings and benefits associated with our Partner program are NOT transferrable to third parties. All earnings and entitlement would cease in case of a Partner who is deeased. 
• At our own discretion, we may terminate the Partnership of any individual who remains inactive for 24 months or more. In case of such termination all commission payments for past referrals will also cease.  
• Please review our Terms & Conditions which also cover the Partner Program.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of this Parner agreement at any time, without giving notice. It's your responsibility to regularly review them and familiarize yourself with any changes or updates. If at any time you disagree with any of the terms contained herein, you should let us know and we will terminate your membership of our Partner scheme.
• We reserve the right to terminate any Partnership arrangement with any organization or individual without giving any explanation. Should such action be necessary, we will settle any financial entitlements earned by the Partner up to the point of termination.
