Q: Failure to activate an ad.
A: Note that when you create an ad it’s saved as ‘draft’ and is NOT visible to the public. You must activate your ad to make it viewable to the public. To do this log into the system, go to “My Account” section and select the area of your ad (Classifieds, Real Estate, Vehicles or Employment). You’ll find your ad listed as “Inactive”. Click the “Run” option to activate it. Similarly, when you create a resume/CV you must access “My Account” section and "Run" it to make it accessible by employers who may be looking for job candidates.

Q: Entering incorrect email address.
A: If you do not receive a welcome email message after you register with BazaarExpress.com it means that the email address you provided is either incorrect or not functional (e.g. your disk quota may be full). This means that you cannot receive any communications by email either from BazaarExpress.com or users who may be interested in your ads. Normally we send out email messages to our subscribers to highlight how they can better make use of the site and gain maximum benefits. If we cannot reach you by email you’ll be missing out on these useful tips. If you are not sure about the validity of your email address, try sending out a message from another address to your address and check if the message gets through or bounces back.

Q: Entering ad details in the registration profile.
A: Note that your registration details do not constitute an ad, and they are not visible to the public. Once you register, go to “My Account,” select where you want to post your ad (Classifieds, Real Estate, Vehicles or Employment), then click on the link to create an ad. This is where you put the information you wish to be seen by the public. However, with your ad you should NOT enter your contact details as these will be automatically picked by the system from your registration information.

Q: Entering resume/CV details in the registration profile.
A: Same as above. To create a resume you need to go to the Employment section and create the resume there. Afterwards you must also "Run" to activate it and make it accessible by potential employers.

Q: How much does it cost to register?
A: Nothing. Registration is FREE.

Q: Do I have to register to use the site?
A: No. You can browse and search ads without registering. You should still register, to save time, as the site will remember various preferences for you. Also, as a registered member you can save your search criteria and the system will send you automated email alerts if ads are posted that meet your specified criteria.

NOTE: If you want to create ads, you will need to register. Registration is FREE.

Q: How Much Do Ads Cost?
A: Ad postings are FREE in all sections of our our site, except the Online Business Directory where nominal charges apply. If you are interested in banner advertising on any of the page(s), or advertising on image scrollers on the Real Estate or Vehicles Home pages please send an email inquiry to Webmaster@BazaarExpress.com

Q: How Long Does an Ad Run?
A: The default setting for most ads is 60 days, but you can easliy extend the run duration by logging inro your account. The minimum run period for entries/ads in the Online Business Directory is six months.

Q: Why do you charge for ads in the World Online Buisness Directory?
A: There are several reasons for the nominal charges applied to business listings & advertising in the World Online Buisness Directory:

• To help cover the significant costs associated with the operation and maintenance of the site. After all you'd pay much more for ads in printed directories which offer much less exposure and flexibility!
• To generate revenues that will be used to further promote the site on search engines and other media for the benefit of all advertisers.
• To enhance the quality of ads posted in the directory, and minimize the chance of unscrupuluous ads (only legally registered businesses may post ads in the BazaarExpress.com World Online Buisness Directory).

Q: Do I Have to Register to Create Ads?
A: Yes. You must be a registered user to create ads. Registration is free.

Q: I created an ad, but it does not show up in search results. Why?
A: You need to run your ad. Go to My Account and click on Run ad to the left of the ad you wish to run.

Q: I sold my stuff. How do I stop my ad from running?
A: From the My Account page, click on the Stop link to the left of the ad.

Q: In which section of the site shall I post my ads?
A: To advertise your business and connect with more customers you'll get maximum exposure by listing and advertising in our World Online Business Directory. All ads in the directory get our personal attention to ensure content and display quality. For free ads we recommend the following:

• Post all property ads in the Real Estate section.
• Post all vehicle ads in the Vehicles section.
• Post all job vacancies and resumes in the employment section.

  Note: Where applicable, include as many photos as possible to showcase what you are offering and increase the impact of your ads.

Q: What Category Should I Put My Ad In?
A: If you don't see a an appropriate category listed, choose "Other", or contact us to get the category included.

Q: What region should I put my ad in?
A: The ad region will default to the country you are living in, based on your registration profile. However, you can change the region for your ad at any time. Keep in mind that the ad region is one of the search criteria--so specify the region where you'd like the ad to appear to the users.

Q: Will my ad be visible in other regions?
A: No. Since BazaarExpress is a worldwide service, it would be impossible to display all ads in all countries and towns/cities. Furthermore, we do not feel that this would be of practical value to users based on the nature of services offered on BazaarExpress.com. Ads are therefore visible only for the specified region.

Q: I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on your site. What should I do?
A: You can have all your personal information remain private. Update your personal privacy preferences from the My Account page.

Q: If all my information is private how can a buyer contact me?
A: When your ad appears, instead of showing your contact information the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You may contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an on-line form and the system sends you an email without revealing your information to the prospective buyer.

Q: How Do Regions Work?
A: BazaarExpress.com covers ALL countries of the world. For each country you'll find a listing of major towns/cities which you can select in creating your registration profile, creating ads or searching the posted ads.

Q: I don't see my city listed. What region should I choose?
A: If you do not find your town listed, use the nearest town on the list. If you'd like us to include a particular town that's not presently listed, let us know and we will consider your request expeditiously (email Webmaster@BazaarExpress.com).

Q: Can I search for ads in an entire country?
A: Absolutely. In your search criteria select "Any" for town/city, and the search results will return all ads in the country selected.

Q: Can I search for ads worldwide?
A: In case of the BazaarExpress.com World Online Business Directory, in addition to searching for ads by specific town/city or countrywide, you can also search for ads worldwide by spcifying "Any" in the country selection box. For all other sections of the site you must specify a country when you search for ads, but you need not specify a town/city if you wish to see ads in the entire country.
