In the context of these terms and conditions, any reference to BazaarExpress.com
should be taken to include its parent company, eSolutions Enterprise

("Website", "Site" or "Company") offers users (hereinafter also referred to as
"subscribers or members") a wide range of products and services (collectively
referred to as "services") via this website under these terms. Your use of this
website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the following Terms
and Conditions. Since these may be amended from time to time without notice,
please check back regularly for any changes. Continued use of this website
following any changes constitutes your acceptance of these

allows free registration of individuals or organizations as Partners who wish to

such services are subject to any fees collected by BazaarExpress from subscribers referred to us by any of our
Partners, the Partner would be entitled to a commission payment as a certain
percentage of the collected fees. These applicable commissions at any moment in
time would be displayed in the Partners sections of this website.

would set the commission percentages at its own discretion, and reserve the
right to vary them from time to time, including eliminating them altogether,
without giving any explanations. However, any changes will not be applied
retroactively, and would only affect transactions from the date the changes are

reserves the right to suspend or remove any registered Partner from the program
for whatever reasons, including but not limited to breach of our terms and
conditions, misconduct, misrepresentation of partner claims, prolonged
inactivity, etc.
Advertising

has no obligation or capability to screen or continuously monitor material
posted by users. By posting your ads on BazaarExpress.com you agree that you are
totally responsible for the content of your ads. You are required to make sure
that your ad content is truthful, legal (in your country of residence and
countries where your products/services are offered), non-defamatory,
non-discriminatory, non-pornographic, non-obscene, in compliance with copyright
laws, and suitable for viewing by the general public and people of all
ages.

Please
note that we do not allow any advertising on our site of any material that we
deem to be in direct conflict with BazaarExpress.com services and associated
businesses. In addition, the advertising of the following material is explicitly
prohibited:

As
an advertiser, your solely responsible for all the communications with parties
who may be interested in your products and services. BazaarExpress.com will not
get involved in any deals or disputes between you and third parties in
connection with any aspect of your advertised services/products.

You
are obliged to ensure that all your running ads on BazaarExpress.com are valid
all the time. If an ad is no longer valid (e.g. when an advertised item has been
sold), you should immediately deactivate or remove your ad from the site. Users
who allow outdated ads to run may be permanently blocked from using the
site.

We
reserve the right to edit, suspend or delete any ad for whatever reason, without
notifying the advertiser, and without giving any explanations. Should such
action become necessary as a result of the advertiser's misconduct or breach of
the terms stipulated herein, no refund will be paid in lieu of any charges that
may have been incurred by the advertiser in connection with the usage of our
services.

reserve the right to amend any charges for our services at any time, or
introduce new charges as deemed necessary at any stage, without giving prior
notice to the advertisers. However, any such changes will only apply to
subsequent usage of BazaarExpress.com, and will not be applied retroactively to
past usage.

In
case of paid advertising, the ad duration paid for (number of days the ad is
active for public display) is inclusive of any system downtimes that may occur
during this period, for any reasons and for however long these downtimes may
be.
Application
of Fees & Free Services

BazaarExpress.com
reserves the right to levy fees at any time for any of the services offered on
this website. We also reserve the right to amend these charges from time,
without any advance notice. However, none of the changes would be applied
retroactively.

Where
and when free advertising is allowed by BazaarExpress.com, it would be
impossible to prioritize which ads should be granted Featured status as this
would be the first preference for all advertisers. "Featured" ads get listed on
the relevant application's Home Page, and ranked at the top on all search lists.
In such cases, therefore, we reserve the right to regulate this aspect as we see
fit, including but not limited to removing the "Featured" classifications from
any ads without notifying the relevant advertisers.

At our own discretion, during any promotional period we may provide free banner
advertising to selected businesses based on any particular criteria.
Credit
Card Information

Where
personal credit card information is required in connection with any aspect of
BazaarExpress.com services, you are fully responsible to ensure that the
information you provide is valid, legal and that you are the legal owner of the
credit card you use in these transactions. Our credit card fraud detection
system logs the IP address and country location of each user who submits online
credit card details, and this information would be made available to
law-enforcement
authorities in the relevant country in case of suspected unauthorized use of
credit card.
